The River

          Will Bend

 

 “The River Will Bend” is a small story, one trickle venturing out to inevitable currents ahead. It negotiates bumpy youthful attempts at laying claim to adulthood and the floundering across any age following loss. On the journey down life’s stream, there will be constant challenge in being too young or too old to understand. I wonder if that distance from something far greater might be less, if our vision went beyond the river’s bend.
